Peek-A-Boo

It's been a while so I figured it was time to post another video of Jordan! She recently turned 10 months old and has learned a slew of new things from waving to riding her little toy car to playing Peek-A-Boo! I knew that a baby could understand and play Peek-A-Boo at this age but I had no idea they could run the game! What a little smarty pants!

Jordan and I had a great first 4th of July in DE! Nana took her to the neighborhood picnic and showed her off but other than that it was pretty uneventful! She ate and napped several times, as usual, and was fast asleep long before the fireworks even began! Maybe next year she will be able to better enjoy the festivities... but at least she was able to dress the part! =) Happy Independence Day America!

We finally made it out to DE to visit Nana and Nanu! The plane trip was a success thanks to some ingenious plane toys (more on that later) and we are having a great time visiting with family. I saw my first lighting bugs of the summer tonight but sadly didn't get to show Jordan because she was already fast asleep.

Today was Jordan's first time at the beach! She definitely liked sitting in the sand better than our crunchy Texas grass! She sat there for a while inspecting the stuff then crawled around and had a good time! She tried to eat a shell or two but managed to leave without a mouthful of sand! All in all it was a great day and I have one tuckered out tot to prove it!
